If you receive a viewing offer, you’ll find the current tenant’s contact details under My Pages → My Applications. You’ll need to reach out to book the viewing yourself.

If you can’t get in touch with the tenant, you’ll have to decide based on the listing and floor plan. Viewing periods are 3 days for student housing and parking spaces and 1 day for Express listings.
