The rental agreement is offered to the applicant with the longest queue time who has accepted the offer, provided that the correct documents have been uploaded and a credit check is approved. If you are already a tenant with SGS, you must have paid your rent on time for the past 6 months.

• Signing is done via a link in the email sent when you receive the rental agreement or with Bank-ID on My Pages.
• You have 4 days to sign the agreement.
• If you do not sign it in time, the rental agreement will be cancelled, and your queue time will be reset to zero.
• After you sign the agreement, you will receive a confirmation email, which will also include a link to all the information about your upcoming move-in.
