The rental agreement is assigned to the applicant with the longest queue time who has the right documents uploaded and an approved credit report. If you are a resident of SGS Studentbostäder, you need to have paid your rent on time during the last 6 months.

• Signing takes place via a link in the email that is sent out when you receive the rental agreement or with a bank ID on My Pages.
• You have 4 days to sign your rental agreement.
• If you don't sign it in time, the rental agreement will be canceled, and your queue time will be reset to zero.
