To be awarded a contract with us you need to upload one of the following documents to your applicant profile under "My application." If you haven't prepared these documents in advance, you have 24 hours to upload them after the response time has passed.

• Registration certificate from Ladok - only current or future programs/courses are accepted.
• A letter of acceptance from antagning.se is approved if it is relevant for the coming semester and until the registration opens.
• For doctoral studies, employment contracts must be uploaded.
• Certificates from antagning.se as a screenshot that you have applied for a course or programme are approved until the admission decisions has been announced.  

Note that every 180 days, a verification of your information is required. If you receive a notification that says, "Update your applicant profile," you must click the button and verify your information to proceed in the process, even if you have correctly uploaded your documents.
